The Longevity Wheel is a visual map of your personal health journey. It helps you understand where you are, where to start, and how to progress with confidence.
We divide the journey into four clear quadrants, each representing a different focus area of your wellbeing. As we said before you don't have to start with Cleanse, as this supports people of all experiences. But if you are new, it's a good as place as any to start, complementing with some other elements from the quadrants that you are drawn to.

Each quadrant includes three key services or strategies, carefully chosen to work together.
Whether you're just starting out or already on your way, the Wheel helps you take intentional, structured steps toward long-term vitality.
This is not a one-size-fits-all plan. Be driven by biomarkers, or be driven by different lifestyle priorities. The Wheel adapts to your lifestyle, data, and energy, guiding you at your own pace.

To get the most out of your longevity journey, we recommend always being grounded by data - specifically bloodwork and key biomarkers.
This is to identify your highest priority actions, driven by what is happening within you.
With this foundation, we can target the parts of the Longevity Wheel most relevant to your current life stage and personal goals, ensuring your effort is focused where it matters most.
We recommend repeating bloodwork periodically, but no sooner than every 6 months, to demonstrate the value of the actions you are taking. Tracking these relative trends over time is powerful for validating your progress and seeing the true impact of your commitment.
However, if that is not your decided approach and you wish to explore your longevity journey based on your lifestyle inputs, then engage with Lucy, our AI support to help you get started.
To start the process of obtaining your biomarkers, select this service - which can also be taken via the Foundation menu.
Once your biomarkers are returned from the Lab, we ask you to annonymise and provide them to Lucy .
Lucy is instructed to support you in understanding your data, in lay terms or as detailed as you can handle. She is available 24/7, when you need a refresher, or to understand again and again how the active longevity pathways you have selected supports the biomarkers and your overall wellbeing. Everyone needs regular reminding.
This anchors your actions in data, and creates that baseline for you to build from and improve. As you biomarkers develop and dictate your actions - you have continual access to services, education and reading together with research across all the quadrants, as you feel and your body feels you need.
As we develop our offering, we will integrate you into our membership portal that allows you to track your progress against your own Longevity Wheel, monitor your progress, engage with additional services and support like education and research.
This will include reminders and calendars to support building the habit of your actions, which lead to our join goal to allowing you to maximise your wellbeing within the lifespan you have.
